Assembly instructions for curves

Set the dueco Apply the PVC hard foam skirting board where you want the joint (preferably in a concealed position). Tap the skirting board with the rubber mallet for approx. 5 cm, then heat the edge of the skirting board with the hairdryer while pulling gently (with your left hand) and pull it around the column. When alternately heating and tapping the skirting board, the pull of the left hand must not slacken.
As soon as you have the base around the column, press it parallel to the start and cut it approx. 4 mm longer (check the joint, adjust if necessary). Then heat the beginning and the end, place the end at the beginning (slight compression) and press the softly heated base with a base remnant so that the compression is distributed and the joint fits well. Bypassing cables

After cutting away the foam and the base cover, the base front of the pipe can be neatly adapted by heating.

Mounting the dueco ALU hard foam skirting board
Sticking on the dueco ALU hard foam skirting is installed in the same way as the installation instructions for skirting boards on round columns. A felt-coated hardwood insert and a normal hammer must be used instead of the rubber mallet for tapping. For corners and ends, the ALU layer must be cut in half from behind and can now be easily bent without heating. Round columns can be bent with the dueco ALU hard foam skirting board if the skirting board thickness is reduced to approx. 4 mm.
